General Update

corzican. This improves my mood so immensely and I really wasn't expecting that. I can't wait for the delivery of said project and I hope the reaction is well.
My oldest nephew said I looked like Mommy today. He started calling me "Mom" when I stopped by there to show them again how to switch the tv over to the PS2. It was ... strangely disheartening and very saddening for me. There are simply too many issues surrounding the jailing of my sister. The oldest has always bonded very strongly to me, but I fear where his little mind is heading. I always feel so bad when I have to leave there, but I know I can't be a replacement mom, especially when the day comes that I run off to grad school.
Next week starts my Mon-Fri shift. I'll miss having three-day weekends, as much of a weekend as it could be having Sun-Tues off when everyone else had already restarted their week. However, I have a feeling this new schedule will be more fitting for me and cause less angst on my part.
Eh, not much more to update about today. Off to sleep as I still have to work tomorrow before the Mon-Fri shift begins.
