While I'm not one of the ones that deals with the perfection thing ( Idk what to call it but I'm the complete opposite ) I have all these other things that I have to do otherwise I go crazy.
I love dice. I collect them. Every time I take them out I have to sort them, count them, blah blah blah and I have to do this every time. So that's why I don't take them out too much anymore. XD
And then there's the asking questions 10,0000 times even if I know the answer and the various obsessions running through my head every day. It not only drives me crazy but it makes me feel horrible. I collect everything. And I'm in desperate need to clean my room. At least make it decent for people to come in.
It's a pain. And anyone who makes fun of it doesn't know the hell it inflicts on us. Bad enough alot of people don't understand it but for them to make fun of it is cruel.
I hope that you can find some help to get this under control somewhat because no one should have to go through this.
Did someone say something about organizing dice (http://pics.livejournal.com/trickykitty/pic/00001kxq/g1)?
That was my first ever dice purchase a few years back, and I spent 2 hours in the shop looking for the perfect combination. Who knows how long I spent getting them organized for that picture, which still bugs me because the rows weren't exactly straight and you can see the half of the table I allowed my boyfriend at the time (not the bad ex, but still another ex all the same) to clutter up as he saw fit. Every so often I would de-clutter his part of the table just because it would eventually get to me.
I own a Professional Organizing company and am trying to build up clients right now. I totally understand how hoarders think and how difficult it is to get de-cluttered. It's putting my OCD to good use and I can feel good about cleaning someone else's mess with their permission!
Oh, and I also do the same with paying cards. Every time I take them out I have to verify that there are 52 cards present by putting them into a specific order. I have to do the same before putting them away.

And tons of luck with your company. This is the only good thing about OCD is that it sometimes can benefit others.
