Note: I'm not looking for help in the search, just related the story.

At our plumbing company, we use electric geophones to locate water leaks in a customer's yard. The brand name is Water Witch. They are broken and I need to find info for repairs.

Yeah.

So searching for geophones brings up all kinds of sites regarding seismic activity.
"Geophone repair" is useless.
"Geophone repair Fort Worth" gives....Alien, UFO, and Paranormal Times and Requirements for requesting a seismic permit on Fort Worth property. The latter at least sort of makes sense what with Fort Worth recording tremors now. But aliens???

Don't bother with any form of search for Water Witch. Even with the model type and number attached, the search only brings up pretty Y-shaped sticks.

This really wouldn't be an issue if the people that work on tools like ours would just answer their freaking phone.

Well, we have a couple of these (http://www.leaktools.com/products/listening_devices/geophone.php), one of which is broken and will soon become a science experiment for me. The one I'm looking to get fixed is more like the other two shown on this page (http://www.leaktools.com/products/listening_devices/). So, I figure I'll try this company out and see if they can work on them.
