I Don't Want to go Outside Today

trickykittyI'm a Texas Pansy.
It's just above freezing outside and I don't want to leave my apartment.
It's 73 degrees in my apartment. I could even wear shorts if I really wanted to.
I truly believe the human race is supposed to hibernate in the winter, but we've managed to outsmart ourselves in this arena.
Heck, even Mexico got rid of the official siesta. Who knew that would ever happen?
I sit here and watch as the human race falls back on it's evolutionary prowess.
Yeah. That's the excuse I'm giving today for not wanting to leave my apartment.
Evolutionary Failure, I say.
