Apparently that html code above with the brackets around it doesn't seem to work for me, so I'll just link to the CuteOverload! page here.

You are missing the bracket < at the beginning and the bracket > at the end. And, take out the /

Yeah, that's what I meant by mentioning the brackets. If I include the brackets then you can't see the html code I used. But, I did try taking the backslash off, and that still didn't help. I guess the_paco is right and they just don't allow linking. *shrugs*
