I have discovered that Haltom City (where I work) has a slew of Vietnamese restaurants.

Guess who's a happy kitty and going to be spending lots of lunch money on spring rolls and Thai tea?

heehee - I'm a Mid-Cities baby. My mom actually grew up in Haltom and my dad in North Richland Hills and Haltom, although I'm personally more familiar with the HEB and Grapevine areas.
