One computer has 100% of the CPU being eaten by one or more software monsters that I can't locate. The wireless keyboard is only sometimes working, but so far I'm attributing that back to said CPU/memory hog. The wireless mouse won't even work.

Second computer downloads programs and then they quickly disappear from the location (folder or desktop - I've tested both) before you can even click on them. I've at least been able to confirm that they are being downloaded - I've seen the icons disappear right before my eyes. They stay for about 3 seconds, just long enough to click, click, click, I'm-here-now-I'm-gone.

This is NOT fun anymore. I am so sick and tired of being the IT person every single time I come over, only to find that the problems aren't just your run-of-the-mill easy issues. Oh hell no.

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
