I had a dream that I had three nipples.

In the dream, I could actually FEEL all three, and as nipple play is more than a bit of a turn on for me, this was oddly HAWT.

Yeah, I got nothing.

A real, honest to goodness letter. With ink and lined paper. And an envelope with an address on it and a stamp!

It's been a while since I've done something like that.

Pregnant? Confused? We Can Help.
972-Baby-Due

It's a pro-life group, which I'm all for their efforts and the cute rhyming phone number.

I just couldn't help but laugh at their slogan.

Pregnant? Confused? We Can Help.

Yeah, it's called intercourse and we will be happy to explain this to you if you just dial the number.

Ok, so my youngest nephew's birthday came, and that was the day that we celebrated at Chuck E. Cheese (see earlier entry). There was something that came up regarding the birthday that I had to rant about and just hadn't had the chance till now.

Now this particular rant may cause some bad ju-ju between me and a couple of die-hard fanatics out there, and that's ok.

Transformer Toy Rant )

Just to show that I still don't hate all Transformer toys due to this incident, I still really want this sexy guy, and this is great in concept, but it would really be worth it if it was a working phone, even if it were as basic a phone as you can get.

Accutane

If you've ever heard of Accutane, you know this is not some simple acne medicine.

Back in junior high I took three sessions of this stuff. Each session was for 6 months and required a once-a-month blood test both to show that I wasn't pregnant as well as used to gather data since it was still considered semi-experimental. I was like most people on the medication and had horribly chapped lips and dry, usually bloody septum (skin tissue separating the nostrils).

My insurance notice that I just received that talks about medicines added and deleted from various Tiers (our insurance is so fucked up, really it is) notes that Accutane is being discontinued and is no longer being manufactured.

Interesting.

That the Euro was so damned cool looking.

Incidentally, I'm hoping if I post enough then the auto-play video that PostSecret decided to put into their post will finally make its way off of my f-list and stop auto playing every time I go to update or look at it.

It all started with a search for a basic black velvet zippered coin pouch. I have one that I (used to) take with me to the clubs and is just the right size (4.5" x 3.5") to hold ID, debit card, some cash, lipstick, a lighter, and a spare car key. Everything I needed to get through a night at the club. The zipper on it has gotten off track, so for fun I figured I'd look around to see what I could search for before begging friends to take a stab at the zipper.

Yeah, I could still use help with the zipper if someone is able.

Anyway, I just felt like sharing the wonderful links I came across in the process.

Purses - made of various materials, but the ones made from recycled ties are awesome.

I was reminded of Chadwicks and got giddy with that black and white dress on the front page, only to be horribly disappointed that it is no longer available. Boooooo. I was just commenting yesterday that I don't have any good long-sleeved dresses that I can wear (to work, or in yesterday's case, a memorial).

I followed this link to see the little black and white pouch in the hopes that I could see other versions - look at those marvelous newsboy caps!

DIY pouch from ties project

Haunted Pouch - I don't get what appears to be the back of this pouch, but I love the front and inside.

So many pretty links

Black velvet knee highs - just not sure about the tops of them

I could cheat and get some form of a rosary pouch - or by that token a dice bag

For [livejournal.com profile] txtriffidranch and [livejournal.com profile] czarina69: Missy Mao Mao's garden

Electric Gravy Warmer that actually looks like a nice altered crock pot - at only 18oz though, it wouldn't be worth keeping warm around my family - the gravy would be gone in the first round of helpings

I still get quite a kick out of the toaster and egg poacher - I'm actually highly tempted to get one of these and stop going to McDonald's every few mornings

I love this ice crusher.
