Eat less sugars and carbohydrates (breads, pastas, potatoes)

Eat more Valium

I think I can handle this.

The sugars and carbs are in relation to my gradual weight gain.
The Valium is in regards to my constant neck and jaw pain.

Riding my bike two days a week to and from work will help with both.
I'm looking forward to it.

Gettin' Medieval On Your Ass

I like that this article about Obama's address yesterday to the students references a medieval world history class. I'm just wondering why they didn't have one of those in my school when I was growing up. That really would have been awesome.
