Eat less sugars and carbohydrates (breads, pastas, potatoes)

Eat more Valium

...

I think I can handle this.

The sugars and carbs are in relation to my gradual weight gain.
The Valium is in regards to my constant neck and jaw pain.

Riding my bike two days a week to and from work will help with both.
I'm looking forward to it.
