I'm wondering if I could outfit an impromptu work out gym in the office. I never really thought about it before because I worked at a YMCA with a full gym, sauna and pool - everything a girl could ask for. Things I would include:

Speed jump rope, or this one, or this one [to leave whelps welts on your body when it hits]
mini-trampoline
pogo stick [$300 for a pogo stick!]
walking stilts [which I already own and can use just fine]
tennis ball and racket [ditto]
body wedge [that's cheaper than the Liberator - nsfw so I'm not posting, but you can look it up]
this little ab bench [because I REALLY miss seeing my abs]
floor mats for doing hand stands and somersaults
and a little something for aggression

As you can see, I'm not much for the standard form of workout equipment. Ellipticals are nice and all, but they are also boring as shit.

I had to use a balance board for physical therapy on my ankle after a 2nd degree sprain a few years back. Of course I also had to learn how to balance on that one ankle while standing on a trampoline and throwing a light medicine ball against another angled trampoline. I think physical therapists do nothing but come up with weird "exercises" just because they can. Like picking up marbles with your toes and putting them back in the jar.

This post has all been brought to you by my excessive need to want to get my body back into shape and my hyperness and bounciness at the moment looking forward to tomorrow. It's so pretty outside and I'm stuck at work. I want to go play.

McDonald's has created the Southern Style Chicken Sandwich which bears a remarkably strong resemblance to the basic Chick-Fil-A sandwich, all the way down to the lack of condiments and 2 pickles.

Still tastes just like McDonald's though - they can't duplicate that OMG wonderful taste that comes from a Chick-Fil-A sandwich.

"There is something in every one of you that waits and listens for the sound of the genuine in yourself. It is the only true guide you will ever have. And if you cannot hear it, you will all of your life spend your days on the ends of strings that somebody else pulls."
