BTW, just to be clear. I never did hear back from the nice plush accounting job people. Instead I'm working with the_paco doing dispatch work at a plumbing company. This position has got it's up and downs, but I have to admit that my level of squee from the accounting job still has me highly coveting it. Last I checked, after interviewing for this dispatch position and gauging my options, they said they still had not made a decision and had no idea when they would be committing to a candidate. I think they should just be committed in general for not hiring me a month ago. I asked them to keep me informed, but given this level of fence balancing I'm not holding my breath.
