I don't want to be, and I hope I will be able to return to sleep as soon as I post this. But I can feel my brain already rushing with thoughts and ideas about things that I really need to work on.

I received a nice massage last night only to have my body defy me with a bad migraine which caused all my neck muscles to tense up not less than one hour after the massage. I figured I'd have a really hard time waking up this morning. Nope. Just more stress about stuff that's still just not falling in to place like it should. Why can't our brains do the proper thing and concentrate on revelations and prospects AFTER we wake up instead of the middle of the night? Why must those 'a ha!' moments be in the ungodly early hours of the day?

The pillow is calling to me. I must try to obey.
