I'm not feeling so good. Physically I'm fine, but mentally I feel like I'm breaking down. I'm horribly sad and anyone that knows me pretty much knows why. I keep trying to ignore it so that it will disappear, but that doesn't seem to be working. All I keep thinking about is how my world seemed so perfect a year and a half ago. Now my world is upside down and turned into knots.
I'm trying not to feel sorry for myself followed by wanting to curl in a ball on my bed and cry for hours. Things like this tend to stay bottled up inside of me. Creating a post like this is difficult. Talking about it doesn't help much but not talking about it seems worse. Sometimes I'm really not sure there's much to talk about.
