I FINALLY got used to the look of Gmail Hangouts.

Now they've flopped back to Gmail Chat, and I hate the look of it even more than I hated the look of Hangouts when they originally flipped from Chat to Hangouts.

I get wanting to try new things but they actually undermine consumer confidence at the sheer rate they keep switching or even dropping things.
