I'm SOOOOOO sore

And all I did was spend a few hours putting together a friend's bed on Saturday (and walk up and down some stairs a few times).
The legs - they can't function right now.
I also managed to pop a blood vessel in my palm during that time. Not from moving around wood planks. Not from putting hand effort into screw drivers and Allen wrenches. Not from turning the entire frame around by myself because the instructions don't give you any clue as to which is the head and which is the foot of the bed while building it. Nope. The blood vessel popped while putting pressure on my hand to get up off the floor, something that I do quite a lot during my combatives class and on hard wood floors at that - this was on semi-shag carpet. At least it only has a tiny bit of pain still, which doesn't so far seem to affect my using a mouse, typing, or 10-key.
I imagine everyone else that did actual moving of stuff from one apartment to the next are in more pain than I am, but it still doesn't change the fact that I can't walk right now without looking like an old lady and grunting like one as well.
