Under the Skin - Maybe, has some potential, but I can't figure anything out by the trailer nor the IMDb synopsis, and I'd be worried it's going to be artsy-fartsy like The Fountain turned out to be. I had such high hopes for The Fountain, but was ultimately bored with the damn thing. I worry when someone else says, "We found our next Kubrick." If they're right, I'll be thrilled (unless the only thing they're referencing is the slow parts of 2001). If they're wrong, what a tease. What can I say - I'm not impressed with the synopses of his other two movies.

I never read a movie wiki unless it's to compare with a book version, etc. For instance, I've read the wiki for The Walking Dead comic so that I could compare those plot lines with those presented in the TV show. (Since I don't have plans on reading the comic directly, I go for the Cliff Notes version.) Otherwise I'll just read the IMDb synopsis and leave the full description for after watching.
