AWESOME!! - We have this at the library, and about 3 weeks as I was reaching for it on the shelf - a patron literally swooped in and said, "that's JUST the one I've been looking for!" And of course, doing the whole The Customer Always Comes First. I frickin' gave it to her. Also, I was wearing a city badge, so I couldn't really pretend I didn't work there ....
