Favorite tv show that isn't on anymore

Who the hell comes up with these and then limits the list to only these?

I want a list something like:

Favorite position
Age of lost virginity
Feather, leather, whipped, whipped cream, or all of the above
Favorite evil villain
How many cats you've killed
Favorite RPG
Favorite DnD character class
Favorite programming language
I'm Plain Jane and don't understand the above; can I just enter my favorite color?
Mommy, I don't understand any of these favorite questions, can't I just give them your maiden name?
My password is password, but I'm still a dipshit and forgot it

BTW: the first list is what I must choose from in order to set up a new MSN account.

I like the second list much better.

However, now that you posted it, I am also extremely curious as to the answers to all but four of the questions. *grin*

All but four?

Ok, I can see the obvious 3, but what's the fourth one that you could care less about?

As regards to the other questions: wouldn't you like to know.

Don't care how many cats you have killed. ;)

And yes, I would, which is why I admitted my curiosity. I'll ask in person some time so you can grin when you refuse to answer. :)

Oh ye of little faith

I figured it was the cats, but I still had to ask.

...which brings me to a favorite quote from Under Siege 2: Dark Territory:

"Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups"

I rarely assume anything.

After all - why do you think Kevin picked me to run Jared? ;)

I realized I wrote that last post a bit oddly

The assumtion part was in response to the second part of your post.

OMG

Looking at this list, my first thought was to appease everybody, there would have to be a list of 1000 questions. Which of course led me on a strange tangent secondary to the cat killing (notice I am biting my tongue really hard on this one).

Remember the drummer from HSE? Not sure if you knew the cat reference with him (was not killing!), but I would be very afraid of any password reminder list that was catered for his answers....

Nice list!

So nice, in fact, that if you ever build a website with those as the security questions, I will join it just for that. Further suggestions:

Total number of sexual partners?
Most painful sexual experience?
How do you deal with your genital hair?

Unfortunately, I would think that the "painful" could be construed as too ambiguous.

One man's pain is another woman's pleasure.

Suh?

That just means that the security question answers will be nicely individual. Which is what you want from a 'I've forgotten my password' question. Difficult to guess the answer for.

Some of those questions would have to be taken off the list though. To be a 100% reliable password reminder prompt, the answer would have to be something not fluid (i.e. mother's maiden name). With the exception of the vanilla ice cream people, the answers to some of the favorites questions, such as favorite position, are quite likely to change over time.

Especially the "How many cats you've killed" - for some, that number may change more often than I'd care to imagine

Okay, I tried to play nice and bite my tongue but just can't do it anymore. I have to state for the record what I think would be best punishment for cat killers. Abdominal evisceration followed by surgically induced bowel obstruction.

And that would be quite fitting. I never said it was a good thing - just a question that could be asked for a certain population of our society. But I'm not against getting rid of that particular population.

Oh most definitely. I would say I supported the death penalty for animal abuse, but I think that is much too kind.
