So, what you're saying here is, if you had sent a torpedo to sink a ship, it would have been to start a war, but you're claiming that you didn't send a torpedo to start a war, and you are so appalled, embarrassed, dismayed, offended and Verklempt for them to even remotely accuse you of such that you are threatening war anyway.
