How change begins

I put in my notice at work today. It's an indefinite notice so that they can start looking for a replacement for me to train. How long I stay here will depend on the new job that I end up taking, but I really must be starting a new job by March 1. I prefer much sooner, because this job just isn't working out for me. I am so miserable here. The schedule doesn't work with my school schedule and I leave here every day completely exhausted. I will be so happy to leave for the second time.

Even the smartest people I know will require a few weeks just to figure out the basics of what this job entails - and then another 6 months trying to figure out why the YMCA manages to do everything so back-asswards.
