OMG DRESS PORN!!!!

I sent this info over to [livejournal.com profile] disgruntledgrrl and then realized that I should share this with the rest of my friends. Apparently this designer is world-renowned, but as I am not much into designer clothing, I am a Jovani virgin that now wants to have this designer's babies.

Seriously - I ran out of drool.
Look at the Couture and Evening Dresses links
Heck, even the prom dress link was nothing like I expected.

For some reason, despite the so amazingly OMG of all those BEAUTIFUL dresses, this one popped out and spoke to me the most.

Here's another designer I just now found that seems to take a lot of inspiration from the 20's flapper dress, and even Grecian dress.

Also - I would love to wear this to The Church just to blind everyone.

They're not bad looking - but honestly every single thing I see there is very blatantly cannibalized from other periods in fashion. The evening dresses - late 30s to early 50s. The dress you like - late 60s early 70s. The prom dress line - mid 80s.

I didn't see one - not even one - original idea.

Fuck me. It's the Quentin Tarantino of Fashion.

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little bit.
