I love my elliptical. It fits quite nicely in a small corner of my room, comfortably sandwiched in between my bed, my newest dvd cabinet, and the baby-changing table dresser. When I'm on it I am eye level with the tv, which is perfect. I'd probably be on it more often, but as it is I like changing up my schedule with the things I do in my free times, which means NOT watching 4 hours worth of Heroes ever single night (as I can't seem to stop with just one episode per workout session).

I've managed to get my time up from 10min to 30min, and I've finally started adding pre-programmed "hills" into the routine. I've managed to go from getting my muscles used to this new repetitive motion to actually breaking out in a sweat and getting muscle fatigue and aches slightly later. This is a good thing, but I don't want to push it too much. So, I'll stick with the 30min level 1 hill I'm currently doing for a good couple of weeks. At least long enough that my thighs stop bugging me within a few hours of exercise. I'm currently actively trying to maintain a certain speed, which also forces a pretty good workout.

By the way, I do highly recommend this elliptical. It's amazingly quiet and compact (the floor creaking underneath is louder than the machine). The features I also purchased it for are the pre-programmed settings, the built-in water bottle holder and bottle, and its compactness, all of which I use quite often with the machine. Now I just have to get myself to start using it more often. I think this is easily remedied with the number of new dvds I just bought. :D
