I'm not on twitter.

I'm not on twitter for a reason.

I wish I could filter twitter logs that show up on my LJ friends list.

I don't care if you log it to LJ; that's your twitter and your LJ and you are free to do whatever you'd like with both of them - an NO, this is not directed at you.

This is just me, ranting, about something I cannot control and wish I could somehow filter out.

I have other things I wish I could filter out, certain posts from certain individuals that I don't care to see/read but don't want to prevent other posts by the same individuals from showing up, but that's another rant for another day.

I'm glad nobody on my LJ does that. I use twitter but I keep it segregated from t3h LJ's. Redundancy is redundant.

You're not the only one. Damn, but I'm sick of Twitter.

If you have one of the the supported LJ style sheets and Greasemonkey, there is a way to stomp out twitter logs on your friends list:

http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/17139

I haven't tried this because a) I have an usupported style sheet and b) only three people on my FL twitter, and none of them do it to an annoying degree, or else I'd gladly change style sheets just to squelch those damn things...

Hope that helps!
