Guaging old shows

I'm looking at
txtriffidranch mostly, as he is quite expert in these old shows, but if anyone else has info/input, let me know.
I came across the names of a few older TV shows and I'm trying to find out how much effort should be put into trying to find and watch them. It would be a casual leisure thing, but if even that would be wasteful for any of these, please let me know.
Invasion Earth
(not to be confused with Daleks' Invasion Earth: 2050 A.D.)
The Tomorrow People (original)
The Tomorrow People (newer)

Date: 2008-10-06 08:53 pm (UTC)The Tomorrow People: when even Peter Davison admits that it's a bad Doctor Who clone, that tells you all you need to know. I remember when Nickelodeon just started out circa 1981, and it was running this show three times a day because it couldn't afford much of its own programming.
As for Quatermass, anything in the series is gold. Get it if you can.
