Mood Music

Nothing like coming in to work and hearing a good song on the radio. I'm referring to the one that is from the ear curring scene in Reservior Dogs. I can't think of a better song to get me in the mood for work.

Stuck On The Middle With You by Jerry Rafferty, great song.

Clowns to the left of me, Jokers to the right

Quite fitting for my work and for how the day turned out. I got ambushed by stupid parents who are too ignorant to figure out their childcare bills.

Found an interesting remake done by Cat Stevens. It's true to the original, but just doesn't have that thing that makes the original so great; whatever that thing is. (I think it might have something to do with the sadistic Reservior images in my mind.)

Scratch that - the remake sucks now that I've listened all the way through it. Way too much country bumpkin stuff going on.

How about 5000 Ways to Die by Nerf Herder? It's a nice cheery tune to get ready for the morning grind.

Yeah, that would work as well.
