McDonald's has created the Southern Style Chicken Sandwich which bears a remarkably strong resemblance to the basic Chick-Fil-A sandwich, all the way down to the lack of condiments and 2 pickles.

Still tastes just like McDonald's though - they can't duplicate that OMG wonderful taste that comes from a Chick-Fil-A sandwich.

I have a personal problem with Chik-Fil-A... love the food, hate the ownership. :(

That's part of what I hate about their ownership. The owner/founder's a rabid conservative fundie and the company actively supports anti-abortion, anti-women's rights, etc. groups.

Which is why I don't eat there anymore even if their food is terribly tasty.

Three of my favorite capital letters.

Sadly, I will be at work, on this my last day at PRC until 5:00 pm, at which point I must go home and prepare the house for the arrival of my wife who returns after two weeks of taking care of her mother (pre and post op) and will want some mother day alone time in a clean house with gifts and stuff.

I do not get to spend enough time with friends, and I'm sort of receeding on the periphery of most people's "people I hang with" list, and I plan on correcting this (as I also plan on doing more exercise, and finding a new career, and solving the world's problems, and writing those brilliant novels, and running that perfect game...) but rest assured that I WANT TO BE THERE TODAY!!! And not just for the BBQ.

To that effect, I want to really enjoy next week's gaming session (assuming its a go) and hang with you and everyone else over some real food. I think I'll make something nice and bring it.
