Work Woes
fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck
Did I say fuck? What I really meant was FUCK!
Apparently my old sign-on to my work server was in conflict with my new sign-on. The old sign-on had no permissions and the new sign-on only had permissions as long as the computer wasn't shut down. So a week and a half later after working quite frantically getting things updated, entered, changed, etc., someone shut down the computer, the sign-on reverted to the old one and all data, forms, databases, you name it, have been eaten by the gremlin in the server. All work lost. So along with now having month-end reports due next week, I have a week and a half's worth of work to re-do.
Did I mention that my McNair paper is due on Monday, we are moving my grandparents into an Alzheimer's facility this weekend, my cat is dying, and the apartment is a mess?
