Arlinton's online permitting system is down, and they REFUSE to accept permit applications by phone, fax, or email - they will only accept in-person applications. They have no idea when their online system will be back up.

So, let me get this straight. The city could previous accept a permit application sight unseen via the website, but now that the website is down, other forms of approved technology are not acceptable?
