Is it just me

Mar. 12th, 2009 06:28 pmWeather.com came up with the bright idea of providing the daily weather in 15min increments (rather than the 1hr increments it was doing previously) about a month or so ago.
This idea sucked.
It meant that my one web page that provided all the details I would need for my work day was drawn out over a couple pages which also required page loads and extra time spent. It also meant that all those details flooded my screen when all I wanted was a general overview of how the day would progress and therefore how I should dress.
They provided a link to shorten the current hour back down and then another link which would shorten back all the other hours displayed on the screen. But that was also two more clicks that I didn't want to make every.fucking.day.
Luckily, someone got wise, or at least just tired of reading the complaint email, the latter being my guess.
It's back to 1hour increments with the option of displaying the 15min increments.
Yeah for logical page defaults.
