So three weeks after emailing my resume, I got the call for the interview for the accounting job.

One week later, they call and say they are still looking at candidates, but that I'm still in the running.

Two weeks now and I get this email:
Nicole; I wanted to give you a quick update. We are still interviewing for the position and have not hired anyone as of yet. You are not out of the race by any stretch of the means but we are simply taking our time to make sure we are hiring the best candidate. As soon as we have made our decision we will let you know. Thanks for you patience.

Oh just hire someone already.
