Plans screwed again

Any plans that I had to take a summer class just got shot to hell. The IRS is requesting $2k to cover additional taxes on the retirement money that I took out to cover expenses while in school two years ago. Double taxation on early withdrawal of funds really sucks, especially when you've already spent all of the money from the tax return. This also puts a major damper on trying to save any amount of money anytime soon.
