So here is the recipe for the famous "Death by Chocolate" fudge. It only takes about 5 minutes to make and an hour to chill. Warning: this fudge has a low melting point after it's been chilled. It's not like the fudge you find in stores that stays as a nice brick in room temperature.

(Sorry, I only know non-metric units. I will try to get conversions later on today and post it as a comment to this one.)

1 lb. powdered sugar (sifted if possible)
1/2 c cocoa (sifted)
1/4 t salt
1/4 c milk
1 T vanilla extract
1 stick butter
1 c chopped nuts (optional)

In 2 qt. microwave-safe bowl, mix sugar, cocoa, salt, milk, and vanilla together. Put butter over top in center. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well when done. (Dip fingers now for a bit of heaven before having to wait for the chill time.) Add nuts and pour into buttered 9in x 9in pan. Chill for 1 hour and cut into pieces.

I usually line the pan with aluminum foil (wax paper is also recommended) to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan. You can lift all of the fudge out of the pan using the paper and that will then make for easy cutting.
