I hadn't really thought of it before, but then again, I've never been able to customize a house either.

Black Hardwood Floors

I think I could live with that concept. I've already seen how wonderful a game room can look with black carpeting with a black and white cityscape wall mural.

I need a house to play with.

That makes two of us. I've decided that I want a living room that flows into another room in some way so that I can saw holes in the walls around the studs and make small "windows" between those rooms, and then I will paint the living room either a bright white (like, 97 paper white) or a softer white (but dear god with no visible yellow, I HATE yellow) and then stencil/freepaint words, or possibly quotations, on the walls.

And also, the bedroom would have one crimson wall, and the bathroom would have at least one sidewalk chalk wall.
