So, at 12:45 I finally get to eat a bowl of cereal.

I chose to forgo my morning staple and my morning water ritual in lieu of 45 minutes of extra sleep. I was still about 10 minutes late to class, so future mornings will indeed be back in line as they should be to avoid the Ire of The Teacher. Class was dismissed at 10:50 and at 11am (after walking the the 10 minutes to my car in the cold - see previous post) and just before reaching my car, I received a call that I thought was going to be a phone interview for an administrative position in an architecture office. Instead, the chick had a final question for me about my school schedule and availability. You know...the biggest thorn in my side right now. She said she'd check with the Business Manager and call me back. I'm driving and two minutes later she calls and wants to meet with me at noon. Sure. Ok. No problem. I race home from Arlington, put on a little makeup, change into interview attire and try to do something with my unwashed hair. Then I race back out to the east side of Fort Worth (which I happened to pass on my way home, but alas, not presentable is not the best bet for an interview) and managed to be 2 minutes late. Not bad considering the behind-the-scenes magic trick I pulled off.

The interview went well. Except for that pesky "can you commit to an 8:30-5:30 schedule" thing. I checked. There are still no openings in either of the evening classes. Even if I dropped this class and tried to take it in the summer there are only 3 Day classes offered and 0 evening.

I'm exhausted. Mentally and physically exhausted. Good spirits for some reason. Maybe it's because I finally got my cereal. Ah, food does a body good.

They decided to go ahead and interview me because I said there's a possibility of changing to an evening class if there is an opening, but I did specifically say that I can't guarantee it. Still no opening though.
