I'm ecstatic that I received an email regarding Viking Cooking Classes being held at the Milestone Culinary Arts Center in Dallas, but I can't for the life of me figure out WHY I received it. The only food-related emails I receive are monthly reminders of the menus being served at Daddy Jacks. As far as I know I haven't signed up for anything else food related.

Zee food...it is calling me.

Viking Cooking?

Isn't that just hitting animals with an axe and throwing them on a fire?

I found that skipping the axe is a great time saver. :)

(Sheesh - my dictionary not accept "axe" as a word; must to train the built-ins.)

Also, I'm sure you know but just in case - Viking is a popular and expensive cookware brand. (http://www.chefsresource.com/viking-cookware.html) The classes being taught are probably just being sponsored in some part by Viking.

The classes being taught are:
Girls Night Out: In Honolulu
Bakeshop Basics
The Essential Wine Series (6 classes)
Super Bowl Bash
French Pastry Favorites
Homemade Soups
Family Foods For Life
and
a few "Taste Of..." Radio recordings
