Wow

How is this even possible?

I really don't understand humans and red tape systems. I really, really don't. And some people wonder why I'd rather work with computers. At least with a computer you can look at the programming and answer the question, "Why in the world did you do this?"

Not if you no longer have money on your card and/or never got a toll tag in the first place. If you go through the Toll Tag Only lanes without stopping the cameras take a pic of your car and you get fined.

Oh, that's easy. Each and every last one of these darlings knew exactly what they were doing, but their attitude was "Well, this doesn't apply to me."
