Maybe I live under a rock and I'm the only person that's never heard of them, but I give you Blasted Mechanism.

Apparently they always dress in highly elaborate costumes that look like they belong on the next installment of AVP-X...or not.

Their music is defined by wiki as "electronic mixed with world music ... conveyed through sound, image and also through an irreverent, upbeat attitude."

Yep. WTF followed by WOW is about dead on.

The Battle of Tribes and All the Way videos is like watching Toltec (Aztec and Miyan) Magic Practicioners wearing Japanese Anime Battle Armor and singing a mix of Red Hot Chili Peppers and Middle Eastern Bollywood Rock.
