We had some mixers sitting in our pantry for a while now. I dug one out and mixed it up. Dolce de leche, coconut rum, and a few scoops of ice cream. Before it made a frappuccino-type drink. After re-freezing it, it now makes a wonderful, scoopable malt similar to a Wendy's Frosty, but with alcohol. :)
EDIT: Next time I'm totally making a DIY frap with Kahlua and possibly Starbucks Liquer and freshly brewed coffee. Oh Yeah.
