Someone explain to me why in the world there are huge nitrogen tanks and what looks like unlabelled hydrogen tanks sitting next to various street lights/electric poles that are near my YMCA.

People with naturally pointed teeth and/or elongated ears?
Anyone with four fingers on each hand - including the thumb?
Mechanics in bikinis?
Giant lizard-insect hybrids with psychic powers?
Shape-shifting bald guys who turn into giant spiders?
An overabundance of people with metal replacement parts?

No citizen, not at all...and if you have perhaps a visit to a therapist needs to be scheduled...for your health and society's benefit.
