I still can't win

The number of times that I am asked to "keep quite" about something or "don't include that on the report" or do some other such nonsense, immoral, unethical and potentially illegal accounting practices really pisses me the fuck off.

Even better is when I am told in one single meeting that my job duties will be increasing without any increase in the number of hours that I can work in a week while simultaneously getting reprimanded for many things that my boss previously did not take care of or did incorrectly, immorally and unethically and me failing to notice them and not *do* something about it and again WHILE getting told to do the same exact report differently and in a manner that is STILL immoral, unethical and potentially NOT what the grant money is supposed to be used for.

Fuckers.

Sounds like you need a new job. With your brains and math background, I'm sure it would be easy to find something more suitable to your talents, better paying, and less incriminating. :) Besides, the experience of walking in and telling your current boss that he can "take this job and shove it" is such a joyous thing that I think everyone should experience it at least once every couple years. Either way, hang tight and know that your friends and family love you! Hugs!
