no, an yes I appoligize to Kitty for the article. What Perry did is wrong. I have had several people ask me since he authorized the use for young girls am I going to vaccinate my daughter. What people are not seeing is that he did this a under table as possible so that no one could challenge him. He did not authorize this for young girls the CDC did that back in June 2006. What Perry is doing is FORCING me to do something I do not feel is right for my child. The people who have agreed with him do not have have childres, much less daughters, are not feemale, if they are female they are tool old for the vaccination currently, and if the do have daughters they are not worried because they have years before they have to get vaccinated.
I have had people tell me they don't see a reason that my daughter should not be vaccinated t 11 or 12. Well that is not their decision it is mine. People are seeing him do something as good when in reality he is dictating womens helath and he has A) no right, B) no anatomy to be making such mandatory requirements.
As I have said, several people see this as a wonderful thing he has done. he handeled it poorly and dealt a blow to familes and set a precedent for women's health.
I am sorry if I flammed you. My response was a bit fast, but I do want people to see the potential down side as well and what he took away.
