I just LOVE it when my own boss trivializes my job duties while we are meeting with the executive. I especially find it interesting when it's during a meeting that I called so that I could explain to him that I found an error with how we sell childcare in the AS/400 system that is currently costing them around $1000 a month in income and $1000 a month in subsidies. I find her $24k a year and near the end of the meeting she proceeds to trivialize my year-end duties. If I felt any guilt before for "tattling" on her for not kicking kids out of the program and letting account balances run up sky high, it's all completely gone now.

EDIT: I just found another $5k for this this week. We are officially starting off the year at a surplus because of my boss's budget error. I rock!

Oh God...NEVER!

She is the childcare director and responsible for curriculum, and staff and all those kids. As I am the peon bookkeeper, she can keep her job, but every time she gets in my way or steps on my toes I get that much more vindictive against her.
