I woke up feeling sick this morning. My head, sinuses, and stomach are all giving me fits. I laid back down for a couple more hours, which helped a little. Considering I'll be going in to work later than I had hoped, I've decided not to go to Elizabeth's funeral. I didn't know her horribly well, just worked some with her. It feels too impersonal to me. As long as I feel mostly ok, then I'll still go to my organizing job this evening. At the moment though I don't even want to go to work. I really just want to curl back up in bed. I think today is just going to suck.

Luckily the YMCA sits on around 15 acres of wooded land, so I have plently of extra body storage space in case you need it. :)

Make sure you eat properly and drink lots of water to keep your immune system strong in the future. I think I got sick a while a go from getting run down and not eating properly. :(

Yeah, I think that's advice I needed to be following about 3 weeks ago.
