trickykittyThe only thing that annoys me about the whole adult coloring book craze going on right now is that I used to have "adult" design coloring books (still have them, actually) with which I would sit for hours coloring back in my late teen years, and then I started using nothing more than a pencil, a ruler, and a compass to create my own designs.
Why does this annoy me?
Because I could have been rich had I just kept on doing that and publishing my works.
I really think now would be the best time to try and implement my adult playground idea (with adult-sized monkey bars and adult-sized climbing walls), not to be confused with my recent Playhouse idea, although the two could easily be combined. Forget workout gyms. Create adult playgrounds that get the body moving again like it did when we were kids.
PS. That's why I got into cross-stitch. It's not only coloring, but also counting and stringworking. Three loves in one. Although, yesterday I discovered Google's Santa Tracker activity webpage while looking up direction via Google Maps, and I spent the next hour coloring in the WWF polar bear image with the digital crayons once I discovered that I quite suck at guiding Santa through sky hoops to pick up sky presents (the activity links with Santa parachuting in the top right of that webpage, which becomes clickable once his parachute opens).

An adult playground sounds incredible. These really should exist everywhere. You have good ideas :)
