I only just found out about this site last night, as I've never seen it mentioned on Steam directly. When you first register with your Steam account, it verifies that you have at least $100 worth of games on Steam to prevent the creating of multiple cheat accounts. When it does this, it will tell you the number of games and value at that time. As far as I know, it only does it once, so it's not like you can constantly find the "value" of your account, unless someone creates some sort of macro for it.
