Step One, done

The current owners didn't reject my offer and have authorized their agent to forward it through to their bank.

Now I have to wait for the bank to approve it before the owners can officially sign it.

Still, this is good news in the positive direction.


I got a quote for homeowner's insurance that put the replacement value of the house at almost $55k more than my offer. O_O

I'll be getting a couple quotes, but just hearing that first one floored me.
