Thoughts on my evening

Last week, one of the philosophy club topics of discussion was, "What is sacred." I almost let out a little squee when Tim Minchin said pretty much the exact same things that we had discussed.
Damn it if that concert didn't make me miss playing the piano something fierce.
It was raining while I walked back to my car after the concert. It was glorious. I enjoyed stomping heavily in the big puddles on the ground as I walked.
Driving home soaking wet, not so glorious.
However, blow drying my hair for the second time today when I got home felt nice and warm.
There were two dogs eating on something in the middle of my lane as I drove home and I almost hit them both. They didn't bother to move as I swerved around them going 40mph. I'm glad I didn't hydroplane. Being in a bad car accident a few years back due to hydroplaning on the freeway was plenty of excitement in that respect for me.
A car driving in front of me on the wet freeway randomly decided to turn his headlights off for a minute. I have no idea why.
This was the first song that played when I got in my car. I wanted to cry. Luckily, the next song on the soundtrack has more of a pick-me-up feel, which also made for good driving music.
