I walk into work and the executive pulled me into his office.

I'm being offered a full-time job at the pay rate that I've been out interviewing for. They want me to stay here that badly.

The money would help financially but you'd have to still deal with the ennui, no? Try to fit the music in to see how much they really want to keep you.
