The Senators

I had an idea for a drama series. It would be much like West Wing, only instead of following the President and his aides around, you follow ~6 senators and their aides around. I had high hopes for a 2002 show called First Monday, which followed the Supreme Court justices and had a great cast, but that one only lasted a single season. I sort of figure something like The Senators might only do about one season as well, but it was still just an interesting idea that my brain had and that I felt like sharing.
